swyx grew up in Singapore 🇸🇬, but has worked mostly in the US and UK, working on Developer Experience for Netlify, Amazon Web Services, Temporal, and Airbyte (unannounced)
before entering the tech scene, swyx was a currency options trader turned TMT hedge fund analyst, and he often does approach tech from an investing and risk management angle
